Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We take pride in our quality products and services. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and request a return authorization within 14 days of receiving the package. We offer 100% store credit which will be valid for 6 months. Please note, credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise and tax. You can also request money back to your original payment method with a 30% restocking fee. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount as well as transaction charges.
We made the returns process as simple as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund/store credit. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
1. To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in the original condition as received. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.
2. Request a return authorization within 14 days of receiving your item.
3. Carefully place the item back in the box. Include the order No, Item No and shipping label on the package. Please include a brief note describing the reason you are returning the item. Don't forget to seal the box!
4. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories).
5. Ship the dress back within 3 days of receiving the return authorization.
6. If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.
7. We can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
8. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. Once your return is received, inspected and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
9. Any purchases made after November 1st can be exchanged until January 10th.
10. We only cover shipping for faulty items returns. All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping an item back (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc). Unless we made a mistake on our side, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Dress212 may decline refund claims in the following cases:
• Clearance items, discounted items, sale, seconds items and hot couture collections are FINAL SALE! no returns, no exchanges.
• Wrong color or sizes caused by your own measurement mistake is non-refundable.
• Customized products combination of different styles, dresses that larger than US 14W and dresses with color deviation are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.
Goods are classified as faulty if you received them in a damaged condition. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer services team immediately so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
